| Katrina Aftermath: What about the animals?! |

Judy Winkel refused to leave her four dogs.
The animals are being left behind while people are being rescued from Katrina's aftermath.
People are being told they have to choose between bringing their pet with them or their medication.
Animals are being left to fend for themselves and with no food or clean water that is very hard to do.
Don't get me wrong, I do feel deeply for the thousands of people who have been affected by Katrina but through this entire ordeal very few people have given a second thought for the animals affected.
I have decided that for every comment I receive to this post in my dog community I will donate $1 to organizations who are helping the animals and people of Katrina.
